(s'cuse the plain title...it's 2 am and I'm so out of creative juices ahurhur ;_; )
Here's the sketch commission for the amazing *thegrayabyss! The bad news is that my SAI officially crapped out so I can't use it anymore. I don't know what the problem is, so until then I'm stuck sketching in Photoshop. Which has poopy line quality. >:T The good news is I spent so much time erasing bad squiggly lines that there's a somewhat cool style in this.
Anyway, so this is her character Saraphina in a cool badass pose. I thought it suited her. X) I was also in charge of redesigning her shoes, and I have absolutely no idea if this is good or not. (sam tell me in comments or a note plz :">) And by the time I finished I realized the lines on her coat and pants might not even be 3D buckles. ughhhh if they're not, I'm really sorry for screwing that up ;__; Anyway, that's enough complaining out of me...don't get me wrong, I'm overall very happy with this!

Juli...this is SO IMPRESSIVE.
About the buckles. You're actually half correct.
They are indeed 3D buckles but the only thing is that they're not actual belts (like the ones you put on manually). I took inspiration from something you would find at Hot Topic and they're decoration so they would rest on top of the clothing because they were stitched on, but who cares! (and that's my fault for not saying anything XD) This is so amazing, the detail you put into her clothes is INCREDIBLE. I mean...all those folds, the creases. It's like you can totally tell she wears rather loose fitting clothing <3
AND I FREAKING LOVE THE SHOES YOU DESIGNED FOR HER! She would totally wear a pair like that and I cannot wait to work on her reference sheet!!!!
And her pose is really badass indeed! I actually really like this style of lineart you did, it just looks so cool I really like the texture you applied to this picture too! And I'm not gonna lie, Sara is a pretty detailed character (although I hope she wasn't too much of a pain in the ass for ya..) but you drew her so perfectly. I'm really glad I commissioned you
